Fairhaven is a private residence sited on a low lying marsh along the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. This house replaces an existing house on the site and will encroach less on the environment than the original building. The building utilizes green technologies; black water treatment, high R value wall and window assemblies, tankless hot water heaters and green roofing.
