The Fairmont Residence is a complete renovation of a late 19th century Washington, D.C. rowhouse. The main floor has several period details there were retained and restored with a new kitchen added at the rear of this level. The basement was converted into a spacious one bedroom apartment. This rowhouse moves from dark to light as one asends to each level.
