A significant portion of the work of the Studio has been multi-family housing predominantly in Washington, D.C. This work has ranged from medium sized building to small three unit buildings. Many of these projects are in one of Washington, D.C. historic districts which adds a layer of complexity and opportunity not found in other areas of the city.
